The ix4-200d is running VERY buggy software/firmware. Worst of all, Iomega admits the device is horribly buggy and will then turn around and tell you you'll need to spend $4,500 to have your data recovered off the unit. Unbelievably crappy product. My advice is to NOT use this for any production data whatsoever.
